To check the status of your order any time, seven days a week, view your Order Status.

*Please Note: Overnight shipping refers to the shipping method once your order is processed. Orders may still take up to 10 days to be delivered to you as the manufacturing process can vary depending on the item being purchased.

In-store Pickup: You will receive an email indicating the order is ready for pickup. Please bring this email and a Photo ID to the store for proof of purchase.

Saturday Delivery: Please call the store at 1-518-393-4620 for Saturday Delivery shipping options.

Adult Signature: To receive your shipment, an adult must be present and sign for the package. You can also request that the package be sent to the closest FedEx location for pick up. To arrange this, please call one of our customer service agents at 1-518-393-4620.

It's a surprise. Please help me! If you are making this purchase for an engagement or another special occasion and want it be a surprise, we suggest that you ship the package to your nearest FedEx location. You can choose this option on the order
